An Independent Business Center with Soul
Ron Soussa, owner of Montville Executive Suites, started his career as a commercial real estate broker back in 1980. Now he's putting his extensive knowledge and business expertise to good work at Montville Executive Suites - an independent business center near Parsippany, NJ, where tenants are treated more like family than business clients.
Stepping Beyond Standard
Montville Executive Suites is located in a two-property office park in picturesque Morris County.
Ron developed both buildings himself and opened them in late 2009, and after leasing the first building to a childcare center,
he decided to try something a little different with the second.
"Recognizing the need for serviced offices in Parsippany, we opened Montville Executive Suites in the second building.
We started with half the building and then expanded into the remainder of the building in 2013.
Later that year we opened a 70-person training and conference center, which has been a big asset to our center ever since."
KEEPING IT LOCAL
As an independent business center with its own conference and training facility, a childcare center, furnished office suites,
even dry cleaning -- not to mention fantastic service -- is there anything Montville doesn't do? "We don't nickel and dime our clients," says Ron.
"Seriously, we care about our clients and we develop real relationships with them." Montville's independent ethos shines through
in its local community, which forms the heart of Montville Executive Suites. As such, staff stay onboard for the long-term.
Donna Darlington is one of them - she's Montville's super-efficient office manager who runs the center alongside Ron with a team of part-time employees.
A WINNING FORMULA
Employees aren't the only ones who stick around at Montville. "Clients feel that we are a partner in their business success and we go out
of our way to show that we care about them as people," says Ron. "We actively assist in helping them network with one another and improve their businesses."
And it works. In 2016, Ron and the team are set to replicate their success with the launch of another new business center in Parsippany.
So what's the magic of being an independent business center? "We're small enough to have a family environment. Add a very attractive building, great location,
and our community involvement and we've hit on a winning formula."
