The standard full-time office package includes a private telephone line with number, voicemail, an after-hours automated attendant, receptionist, mail handling including UPS and FedEx, access to conference and meeting rooms, kitchen facilities with coffee and tea service, janitorial service, and all utilities including heating and air conditioning, and 24 hour access to the building. Each conference room is telephone and internet ready. All conference rooms can also be reserved for client receptions or catered meals.
