Our center, located in the prestigious Union Bank of California Building, is strategically located in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles and provides an enormous array of restaurants and entertainment possibilities for both you and your clients, most of which are conveniently within walking distance. Our Downtown Los Angeles facility is located directly on the east side of the 110 freeway between the 101 and the 10 freeways, approximately 15 miles from both LAX and Burbank Airports.
Cross streets are Figueroa and 5th Street. The
Metro Station (subway) is nearby and
Union Station (train and bus depot) is a short walk. The downtown location provides year round, dedicated, 24-hour security located in the lobby level of Union Bank Plaza. There is sufficient on-site parking for both tenants and visitors and a vast amount of off-site parking in the surrounding Downtown community.

AmenitiesWe offer a high-quality, cost-effective office solution that provides a standard package of amenities with optional support services. The standard full-time office package includes personalized telephone answering with voicemail and after-hours automated attendant, receptionist, mail handling including UPS and FedEx, conference and meeting rooms, kitchen facilities with complimentary coffee and tea service, janitorial service, and all utilities including 24-hour heating and air conditioning. Optional services include word processing with laser printing, database management, photocopying, fax service, audio/visual equipment rental, high-speed T-1 Internet access, and website hosting upon request. The 2 large conference rooms that can accommodate 7-14 people. The 26th Floor also has one private conference room designed to accommodate up to 8 people. Each conference room is telephone and Internet ready. All conference rooms can also be reserved for client receptions or catered meals. This facility maintains two dedicated "Day Offices" for the use of our clients on each floor. These can be reserved by the day, hour or week and are telephone and Internet ready.
