This Class A atrium building has a marble lobby and spectacular views. It services both those who live outside the Beltway in the Sugarland/Fort Bend/First Colony area, and also those who live nearer town, and want to drive "against the traffic". Even in the rush hour we are ten minutes from the West Loop area, so travel time is minimal. Special amenities include a private Montessori daycare facility, 24 hour on-site security and the Arena Theater, which hosts many cultural and concert events.
