We are located at 1010 N. Central Ave. in Glendale, CA. Our location is very central to the Glendale/Burbank/Pasadena Tri-Cities market. We are just north of the 134 Freeway off the Central/Brand exit- just 1/2 block north of the Glendale Hilton. We are only 5-10 minutes from Burbank, Pasadena or the foothill communities of La Canada/Flintridge and La Crescenta. We are no more than a 15 minute drive from Downtown Los Angeles or Hollywood. Our North of the 134 freeway location is much less congested and makes getting on and off the freeway easier and faster than south of the freeway locations in Glendale's busy Central Business district. Yet we are just a few blocks away from Glendale's vibrant retail and restaurant amenities like the Glendale Galleria, the Glendale Marketplace, The Exchange as well as the many stores and restaurants along Brand Blvd. and Central Ave. Our contemporary garden office atmosphere is a welcome change from the high-rise corporate environment of office buildings just blocks south of us.
