ALLIANCE currently offers a referral fee as a way of saying thank you for thinking of us. Refer a client or prospect to any of our centers and you'll earn 5% of the total office service agreement value.
Initial Term
A 5% referral fee will be paid to the referring broker based on the value of the office service agreement for the initial term of the agreement up to 12 months.
Expansions
For any expansions which occur during the first 12 months of the office service agreement, a 5% referral fee will be paid to the referring broker based on the value of the additional value of the agreement for a term up to 12 months.
Qualifying Participants
ALLIANCE pays referral fees to licensed real estate brokers who refer new business which results in an executed office service agreement and delivery of required upfront payment including a service retainer.
Priority
If ALLIANCE is referred a prospect from more than one source, ALLIANCE will pay a referral fee to the first source delivering the referral who demonstrates care, custody and control of the prospect.
This Broker Referral Fee Policy is subject to change or termination by ALLIANCE at any time without prior notice.
