The ALLIANCE Business Centers Network (also known as ABCN), a privately-held U.S. corporation, was founded in 1991 to meet the needs of the independent business center operators wishing to improve their competitive position within the industry.

In 1994, ALLIANCE consisted of 17 independent Member companies comprising 76 North American locations. In 2000, the ALLIANCE Business Centers NETWORK began to work with Members outside of North America, specifically enabling Member locations to enjoy worldwide benefits and client referrals.

Due to its consistent annual growth, the NETWORK now enjoys a strong membership of hundreds of locations in almost every major country in the world.
